The Importance of Self-Awareness

If you're going to be great, and this is a conversation about something else that I have often, you know, the word ego. You've got to value yourself and you've got to think you're pretty badass. Most people sadly never get to that point. And so when external criticism comes their way, I mean, I see people on Facebook that get two, three, four likes a post and one person disagrees with them.
