Is There a Cure in Diffuse Large B Cell?

I don't think we have a good answer to this question of why do we cure aggressively in lymphoma and don't cure in the lentilinoma. A very simplistic explanation that we had years ago was that rapidly dividing cells are more susceptible to chemotherapy than quiescent cells. I think it's a little bit the simplistic approach.
