What Is the Biggest Problem of Measurement?
The metric system was created during the French Revolution. Some countries resisted this, they wanted to keep their own systems of measurement and other countries sort of embraced it. The funny thing is that countries often change their systems of measurement during times of political upheaval. And it's only in these moments where you're really remaking society that I think people can put up with having something as fundamentalas measurements changed.
