Have You Ever Tryed to Split the Difference?
When reaching out to your own users, are you just like, going straight to scheduling with that group? Or are you still actually having like a screening step, where you're collecting some information from them and winnowing it down further from there? It's a great question. I think some people do it independing, do it differently. Aliket, some project managers and designers have done screeners before, just to make sure that they're getting at the right customers. Other people have gotten rid of screener screens yet. But i would love for it to be an easier way so there's less friction. So typically i go straight to the scheduling and try to target
