So what you've been doing, correct me if I'm wrong, is swimming seven days a week for 75 minutes a session. And then you average six and a half hours of sleep every night. Now the goal is you want to gain muscle. So just realize I've been underweight and per way too long and just need to fix that. Okay. You'll probably gain 20 15, I'd say probably 15 pounds of muscle in like three to six months. That's probably what's going to happen. Yeah. Don't change your calories at all. You're not going to gain body fat. You're going to build a shit ton of muscle.
