What Is That Standing Meditation?

Standing meditation is a form of yoga that involves slowing down and focusing on what you are doing. It can be done in many ways, including using the image of a smile to deepen your sense of presence or ease. The first part of standing meditation is really pausing - we tend to think this isn't important because it's yet to come back there. So i begin very much with a kind of sweep through the body, n with my awareness. And i will kind of starting from the head down. I'll just soften and relax different parts of my body so that i'm feeling the lift from the inside out.
