I think in general, one of the themes in my career has been to to zig when they zag. If i'm feeling not welcome or uncomfortable, like, i'll just go somewhere else and do my thing somewhere else. It's an onsprener to be all immersed in that. I don't spend that much time thinking about it because it's energy draining.
