The tapios military officer were taken about general mark milley, chairman of the joint chiefs of staff. He called the 20 year war in afghanistan a strategic failure. And do you agree? Well, i couldn't argue with the fact that it was te failure of somebody. If i try to say, no, it's a success, i think they'd be disingenuous. However, i will say that it wasn't completely for naught. Afghanistan is a very different country than it was in two thousand one when we went back. We now need to work on it.
