In these less mature markets, things are going to be less well-defined. The problems are still under discovery, and the solutions are most likely need to be bespoke. So it's much more of a consultative, if you will, process where you need to kind of draw out the requirements from a customer. And then oftentimes when we're in a international development environment, which is in a country or a regional location that doesn't have robust IT networks or bandwidth for example. You need to look at the universe of opportunities in terms of which technologies you bring to addressing those requirements.
