Is Meditation a Good Way to Start Your Day?
Meditation is a great way for me to start my day just with a sense of calm. I'm not looking at my phone, i'm not like, responding to emales. And now i kind of created that space so i can have some almost just again,. That clarity of just being like, aket, i want to go through and figure out what are my big three things that i want to do to day. Once i'm just able to do that, it's a big change, ecause it doesn't feel so overwhelming. So i find i'm less distracted as a result of meditation.
