Yer, you've said a lot of things. Now i want to unpack quite a few of them as well. And let's start with the idea that customer's caristomer satisfaction is not related to genral attention. For my own clarity, just to understand as well, the are we talking about a blended customer's success aversus, blended tuni attention? Or we talging about at the individual company or customer level? O what i mean by that is, li if a company has a high customers success, think do you see a correlation to, like, the lower guner attention? So is a sblended verse under individual basis, it's the latter
