The Sweetheart Deal Problem
Biden was charged with two misdemeanor tax evasion charges and one felony gun charge. He's pleading guilty and getting probation for the tax evasion charges, but if he fulfills all requirements of it his case is dismissed. The question everybody's asking is, is this a sweetheart deal? Is this a gift to Hunter Biden? But that is really the key question if you're wanting to talk about sweetheart deals.
