It's been very hard to get any what we would say, real price signals out of the capital markets when you had the Fed in there being a massive buyer of treasuries and mortgage backsecurities. It just made the valuation process and really the capital allocation process so much more difficult. You got to get back to using some muscles we haven't used in a long time as we think about building portfolios now.
