I think it's such a maturing process to be able to say, don't give a shit about their opinion, really care about their opinion. Some people do fall into different degrees of people pleasing. I have leaders that will say to me, you know, I don't really want to ever be a CEO or successful in the sense of the title. But the next guy might say, oh, that's a nightmare for me. Once you get past that hump and be able to own it, then you can start opening up yourself to help and ideas and resources.
