How to Set a Schedule That People Understand

I just, my personality, I love schedules. But at the same time setting that schedule then makes me feel like, Oh, I have to start at this time and end at this time because people expect that. It's good and bad. You know, if you think about a network TV show that you watch, like every Monday night at seven, my favorite show comes on randomly. Yeah, it'd be tough to catch it. So I kind of prided myself on being able to set a schedule and stick to it. The downside is obligation and having to show, and then when you don't show up because something happened or you got a family thing or whatever, people are disappointed
