The Importance of Quality Governance in a Documentation Hub

In your article, you write about the difference between discoverability and findability. Could you clarify that in a few places? And could you tell me, does this consolidation scale infinitely? Discoverability is about if somebody needs to know certain information, can they bump into it? Or this is how I understand it. Findability is about I know what I'm looking for. I need to be able to find it and I use search and you find it. That's the big difference. It's like creating a hierarchical structure to build your documentation. Once you do that, then I think you can scale infinitely.
