Lower Body - I'm Not a Weightlifter, I've Always Been a Puller.

I split my workout such that of the five days a week when I'm on campus and I go down to the gym here on campus, I will make sure that I do lower body on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and upper body on Tuesday and Thursday. There's something so much more ego boosting and gratifying to seeing your upper body swell in and pumped, if you will,. rather than your lower body where it just means you can't move around as easily as you could before. But for my lower body, it's weight based. I lift weights, even if it's some quirky weightlifting and unique movements, it's still weightlifting in a classic sense with squats and deadlifts
