And there's also people that argue that something like synesthesia really enhances creativity. I would guess it's something like lack of internal imagery, when they get very hard to be a sculptor, for example. If you're really good at bringing an image into your mind, that might make you paint in a different way if you don't, and you're really paying attention to what you see.
