The Law Isn't Working the Way That We Expect It To, Right?
Sometimes laws don't work the way that we expect them to. Sometimes laws can backfire, especially if enough people really disagree with those laws. We have got a prime example of that right now with mandates for cove 19 vaccines and masks professor bills. And i actually worry that laws could potentially act against internalization, if they instead fueled the notion that government is malign and doesn't have your best interests at heart.
