Pyotong Tan Shinawat's party is predicted to win the most seats. So quite probably another Shinawat in power than she would become Prime Minister and inform the next government. Under the current constitution, which the military junta forced through in 2016, Thailand Senate is packed with military loyalists. That means that pro-military candidates would need just 126 seats in the lower house to form a government. Opposition parties would need nearly three times as many seats.
