How to Balance Your Business With Your Clients

I would imagine that you know a lot more about your data and perhaps even in terms of its potential capabilities. How do you balance this? Because someone comes to work with a problem. That might be a very limited set of problems, but they don't even know it's possible. And so essentially what we're doing is taking a platform approach. We have the tools with which to digest this data and extract patterns from it,. But we can only do so much out of our own imaginations. What we really need is the ability for customers to ask questions to interrogate this data  and to build applications themselvesthat take advantage of these data points.
