The Importance of Radiographic Findings on the Lunate
When do you say we can't do anything like an extra-articular procedure, like a core decompression? We cannot do an osteotomy. We cannot do a denervation. This lunate needs to go. I think that perhaps the most useful way to decide this should be to have different controls in time and to check if it evaluates quickly or if he's become unstable. Perhaps we should not only focus on static explorations, but also dynamic explorations.
