How to Balance Your Workouts

In recent months working with a long time client of mine, we've removed chest press exercises from her workouts. An imbalance between her pushing and her pulling strength means that we'd be moving toward greater injury risk than towards greater strength. If you happen to be identifying with this a little bit, hopefully all I've done is increase or raise your antenna up. You're paying a little bit more attention to how much of my own personal power am I giving up? It's really easy for any of us to go to an appointment. For me, it's maybe to a facial or a massage therapist because I'm not working with a trainer myself. Just turn it over.
