The Indictment Process

In essence, everything's political. All knowledge is political. So even something that we take to be such an inherent given that perpetrators are bad and victims are good when we look at the whatso of power and knowledge and politics undepends. The naming of a victim as a tutse is enough to evidence genecite, or at least genecidal intent. And so i think that it produces this very blunt, a stunted understanding of violence which can have a really significant knock on effects later on.
