Sower: If there is anything that we can affirm about the holy spirit, it has to be on the basis of scripture. A biblical theology seeks to unpack what the bible, from gene through revelation, what it affirms about the holyspirit. And then from that biblical theological basis, we engage in the work of systematic theology. So both are mutually indwelling. They mutually impact one another.
