Scott Ritter's Dirty Tricks

Scott Ritter is a former Marine intelligence officer who served the former Soviet Union implementing arms control agreements. He played a critical role in the hunt for Iraq's sked missiles during the Gulf War. In 2009, he was arrested in a child sexual predator sting operation and convicted of soliciting nude videos from a person online that he thought was 15 years old.
