If you ask for something for its health benefits, then switching from yogurt to kefir is really good and you can make it yourself very cheaply. Small portions, small shots, just having them handy. We've noticed you have to have at least every day or two. You can't just have a giant dairy binge once a week because it won't have that effect on the gut.
