Is There a Big Range an Talent of Drone Operators?

Is operating a drone something that's so easy, like driving a car, that once you teach somebody to do it, well, they're all about as good as any other drone operator? What do you think? Or do you think that there are some drone operators like really, really good. And others barely can keep the thing in air, because that would be more common,. You w'd expect it to be a pretty big range of how good somebody could be. Do you think ukrane had weg more drone operators than they had drones? Would that make sense?
