Is Sherlock Holmes in the Public Domain?
In japan, he was called sherlock holmes when the game came out. Since then, there's been legal cases that forced them to change the name. I think it has more to do with intellectual property law here. Like it it he is a genuinely great character who's like, foolhardiness. Maybe doesn't match up with the the the doilship, but like, is he not a complete boob.
