Why OPOs Don't Declare Death

Hospital's main job is to treat that person so they can remain alive. Most people are going to think, did you really try hard enough to keep my personal, to keep my loved one alive or do you just want them for their organs? The same thing happens on why OPOs do not declare death because again, we're advocating for the donor and recipients waiting for that life-saving gift.
