How to Replace a Fluorescent Bulb

i've been wanting, just kind of vaguely, for coming up on ten years, to get better overhead, like fluorescent lighting at my office. So i spent probably two hours of the last couple of days trying to find warm, meaning probably three thousand k warm. Warm, four foot dimable. T eight or g 13 connectors. Don't wory about the ballast. It's not an issue. And you start to feel e if start to feel like something out a patriot.
