Is Compliance a Good Place to Start?

I wonder if you could walk us through the decision process of realizing compliance might be the better pathway in terms of a business perspective. Was it just obvious because you know the financial upsides were there for the compliance pathway? We very much wanted to start at the performance side of things but it was clear that the drivers in the market were around the regulatory side so there was a point at which we just thought actually we need to get into Compliance.
