Don't always walk into a banker or to your lender and say, hey, i want a loan. Walk in with your intentions and let them kind of guide the conversation. In a lot of these smaller local banks, too, they have a lot more flexibility than bigger banks. They actually have a board of directors that goes and approves every loan, or every option that goes through that bank.
