The Importance of Human Relationship in Residential Work

I learned about the value of every square inch centimetre. And it was all about maximizing space for commercial benefit. But what I do now is completely different. It's the other end of the scale. I work with individuals on their homes. So instead of creating apartment buildings for 100 people or 100 families and who you'll never know,. I might work on 100 projects, but with individuals. Within that we've really niche down to renovations. We don't do new builds. Or multiples.We don't do HMAS. We don’t do high rises. Just additions and alterations.
