Michael Wolraich: Indictment is not a conviction, it's just prima fascia evidence that there was likely a crime committed with only the prosecution presenting evidence. He says he wasn't surprised by the timing of the indictment because they probably wanted an interval between the time voters were actually going to churches to cast caucus votes or going to the polls in New Hampshire. "I would also say this is that politically for him, like we've seen with a lot of MAGA Republicans, right? An indictment only increases their support," said Wolraich.
