Is There a Difference Between Qualitative and Quantitative?

I think we should also come back to the statement you read from the book. Overcoming a materialistic view of nature means learning to see phenomena freshly practicing an active thinking into things. That would be great if we could bring that back in to the sciences. I like to hear what you have to say Michael and Karen about quality because I found myself getting tripped up with that trying to explain it to somebody.
