The Benefits of Raw Milk

raw milk has enzymes and bacteria in its own microbiome already because it's not pasteurized. I've been trying to eat a lot more like kimchi in particular for that. Another thing this book made me realize it made the whole supplement industry make a lot more sense to me. You need unnatural responses to unnatural stressors. And we don't, we don't live in the natural world. So you can't expect to just eat and live as you do and have consequences.
