i have met with many leaders around the world, and therre two or three pieces that come from these conversations that have really struck me. One is the number of leaders that had been taught by a piece cor volunteer growing up at some point,. And their joy in talking about that. Second, one of the most common questions that i get from a leader is, why do volunteers serve? What is it about the united states that creates a culture for americans to volunteer?
