There were very clear connections to organize crimeitherly in mexico, because a lot of the stuff was happening not too far from mexico. One of the important members of the colt, along with paul scholtz, was a a figure by the name of tenorio luga. A tonorialuga was said to maintain these sor of safe houses near the mexican border where traffic children would be brought to and held captive. Sosom absolutely horrible stuff like that going on. Mentions of nick scholt being traded to petapil for cocane, or vice versa. They were involved in dealings with stolen cars.
