Then There's the Nirvana Fallacy.
The Pareto principle, arkhahthik, is a pattern of nature in which 80% of the effects result from 20% of the causes. The Nirvana fallacy is when people reject a thing because it compares unfavorably to an ideal that in reality is unattainable. It's always easy to argue against something because it like doesn't meet a certain ideal or whatever. But if you don't have an alternative thing that more closely meets that ideal, it's pointless.
