The Importance of Sharing the Vision

It's amazing how we are the advocate for the user until it actually requires what responsible and then, oh, no. There's a product manager who makes decisions for me. I don't have any authority and I like it that way. But the vision for it to work has to be everywhere. Everybody needs to understand what the vision is because they all have to march towards it if they're not marching towards it, they're not going to get there. If that person is not getting design, it's your fault, not theirs.
