Do You Feel Like It Was Necessary for You to Learn?

I think it's really important to like understand on at least a 75, 80% level, how all of the processes in your life and business work. I've made this mistake before where I just hired someone to run a system that I didn't understand. It eventually turned out that we were paying them like a six figure salary to send one email a month and do nothing. But also for me, it's just like fun to understand stuff and to be able to talk about things with people who can give useful feedback.
