All of act five, unless i miss something, is a single scene. The beautiful aspect of the story telling in this scene is that it doesn't really mattr. So you go to scenes and they act out in front of you, and then you keep on walking round. You see different vignettes and time progresses as you move along this earth with all the characters that you are with at this point in the game. It's interesting the idea that when people played this the first time, maybe there's a good chance they missed the interludead. And your cat is so tiny and part of the landscape, and moving so quickly, even faster than ezra.
