What's a Bad Day?

The SRE team is still operating as part of those incidents. They are kind of like, not at all cases, but in many cases, they're kind of like running that incident commander type role. And so on top of everything else you're trying to do, I think that's can be a bad day. A really bad days when that collaboration breaks down, right? Like, and it happens in every organization that you need to be working on that. So that thing goes with some examples of what bad days can be.
