Are We Really Trying to Rehabilitate You?

It's hard for us to create any kind of a statistically meaningful sample of people who have committed serious crimes, violent crimes as children or as juveniles. Not only do we not give them a chance to be rehabilitated, we predict that they are unrehabilitatable before we've even tried. "We say we want to rehabilitate you, but actually once you do something bad, we have decided you are evil," he says.
