How to Reduce Curiosity in Sport

The idea of joyful exploration or joyous exploration. Both serve purpose and what I say all the time is just know what it is that you're working with, like know what you're trying to achieve. For kids, it's really hard for them to see why squatting, for example, is going to help them to dunk a ball and basketball. And so we had to work really hard on that in our movement stuff. So relevant to the game and relevant to themselves as individuals.
