The Impact of Machines on the Market
Hedge funds are investing a lot of time on both long term and short term predictions using machines. I would say that in the microscopic price formation, so from seconds to minutes, I think it's really hard to compete against machines. The natural evolution of that is they're going to start expanding the time horizon at which they make decisions.
