Learn the skill first before you outsource it is what I would say especially if you're at the start of your journey because like in it's an expansion to work for free you have to pay them. Figure out things if you probably do need someone to come in and do certain aspects of my business, that might look different for everyone. Most of the time to personal train is like what can I take away that will allow me to do what I do best which is coach. If you don't love cleaning unless you're like chair well it really the good break from my work and it distresses me Like some people like doing that but if you don't like it then get a cleaner.
