But the quality of this productivity is where you need your deep work - to get deep and really add something new and valuable. So people are using this bus as er as a proxy for productivity. They think that if we don't ge lots of stuff, it means we're cating lots of value. And they might think you're productive, but you're not. You're doing jack's ship."
