The Government Resigned, but It's a More Routine Zeal Than Transformational

There have been several significant public demonstrations in the past. A lot of protests during sinteriss were accompanied with demands for a social economic welfare reforms and political reforms, including direct election of mayors. The latest unrest is seen as the worst because various deep seated issues, which have been brewing for decades, blew up at the same time. There were reports of gunfire, police stations being stormed, government buildings being set on fire and tair gas used on crowds.
